A. Sarah Hreha
Executive Vice President
Sarah Hreha is the Executive Vice President of The Peter and Patricia Gruber Foundation. She has worked closely with its President, Patricia Gruber, for many years and in several different locations. Currently residing in New Haven, CT, Sarah grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota. Other work experience includes teaching college Spanish both in Minnesota and at the University of the Virgin Islands, producing jazz shows, crewing on a sailboat during a transatlantic voyage, and working on the trading desk of Peter Gruber’s hedge fund, Globalvest Management.
In addition to being a Director of The Peter and Patricia Gruber Foundation, Sarah is the executive director of The Gruber Foundation (at Yale University). She sits on the Board of the Foundational Questions Institute (FQXi) and volunteers for various organizations in New York City and New Haven.
